Hanging On


Hanging On
 
Hanging on like the last leaves of fall.
Clinging to my branches of faith.
Knowing God has plan for us all.
 
Working to let my worries fall.
Working to release and trust.
Knowing God has a plan for us all. 

Questioning my heart as I feel it fall.
Learning to listen to God.
Knowing God has a plan for us all.

Praying to grow from this season of fall.
Hoping  for restoration to unfold.
Knowing God has a plan for us all.


That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
whatever they do prospers.     Psalm 1:3
