MCC Sale

Every year we attend the annual MCC Sale at the KS Fairgrounds.  It is a rousing time of meeting lots of peopl you know, eating ethinic foods and great visiting while spending money for missions.  Cousin Steve and Dedra always sell Kettle Corn - sweet delicious popcorn by the bag.  My kiddos ended up using their Kettle Corn stand as "base" for us all running around and meeting back.  Sophia was allowed to help (with assistance) man the cash register.  She loved being on their stand and I could hardly get her to go elsewhere.  Same with my oldest.

Was warm good weather - the highest quilt sold for $11,600.  Coins collected by all the children get brought and sorted through a machine that is fun to watch - they raised over $12,000 as well.

If you are ever in the area - stop by at this spring annual event....they even have a 5K walk/run event!  Check out their website or find KS MCC sale on FB.
